Our Services at a Glance
In-House Production
Our production processes are fully in accordance with our high level of customer orientation. We use state-of-the-art production systems all the way down to the testing and measuring technology, with a high level of automation, maximum flexibility and a high standard of cleanliness. Lean management methods and continuous improvement of our processes are a guarantee for maximum quality and efficiency.
Assembly
Our complex partially and fully automated assembly facilities make use of diverse technologies – from manual joining processes to robotic handling. The assembly of complex mechatronic actuators including custom EOL test procedures and assembly of electric motors in large series with a high level of in-house production are possible.
Prototype Construction
We can implement custom working prototypes in our in-house prototype construction department with speed and flexibility. Prototypes are produced on machines that are similar to those used in actual production.
Test Field
Validation of the single components and complete mechatronic systems is based on the V-model. Tests are conducted to determine durability and wear, performance, properties, as well as temperature and environmental resistance. Other services include development of customer- and project-specific trial profiles, as well as damage-equivalent collective replacements.
Supply Chain Management
As a partner to our customers we have accepted the challenge of offering top performance at globally competitive prices. Our goal: high-quality products, a high level of innovation, technical competence, and flawless logistical processes. Success depends on the entire supply chain. Development
We have well-founded expertise and many years of experience in development, using effective and acknowledged methods (e.g. SPICE and FMEA) – whether for calculation and design in accordance with the prevailing standards and directives, computer-aided developments with modern CAE software, or stability calculations (from load data processing to FE simulations).
Quality
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. That also means high standards for quality assurance. To achieve our ambitious quality goals, we follow a process-oriented approach with a zero defect strategy. We use methods such as FMEA and root cause analysis and work untiringly to identify and exhaust potentials for improvement.
